With a degree in Graphic Design and a passion for good food, you can find me, Amber, in the kitchen creating mouth-watering hand-broken toffee bark of different flavors, while developing the branding and packaging for the company as well. What once was just made for teachers, family, and friends, has now grown into one of the most addictive treats in Germantown, TN. The family recipe has been tweaked to be uniquely mine, but I continue to stay true to my roots, having Louisiana pecans shipped to my doorstep.

Amber's family has been very supportive of this opportunity and has engaged the help of her two children and her husband when all hands are needed on deck. Without their support, this would not be possible.
